This way it will cook much better without drying out round the edges and if in the end your not happy with the height you can make a 4th layer. I haven’t made one that size but I think it’s probably going to be a 12 egg recipe, but I would make it in 3 layers by doing 3 x 4 egg recipes.
This way it will cook much better without drying out round the edges and if in the end your not happy with the height you can make a 4th layer.
