Making a 1 1/2 pint Christmas Pudding
I'd love to make Delias Christmas pud but I have only small 1.5 pt bowls! (filled my bowl to very top with water).
Can I simply half the mixture or divide it between two bowls?
Secondly, as it's difficult to get currants and cut peel here in France, I do have a bag of mixed dried fruit that I ordered from UK so can I use that?
Thirdly, as I have a walnut tree and many walnuts can i substitute the almonds with walnuts?
