Looking to make pastry with oat flour

I have made Delia's A VERY EASY ONE-CRUST PIE many times with complete sucess. However, my wife can no longer eat wheat products. Can I substitute oat flour?

Hello,
We haven’t tried making pastry with oat flour.
If you have an oat flour pastry recipe that works, I would make the pie using that. If not, I would look for a specifying oat flour pastry recipe that is rollable and follow that.
