Looking for Vegetarian recipes for New Year

I received the email today promoting new year recipes. Not one vegetarian recipe among them. Not much good for me, a vegetarian.
I love Delia’s Cheese and Parsnip Roulade that I make every year and is enjoyed by all the family, who are mostly meat eaters. So why no veggie recipes?
