Tapioca recipes?
I have some tapioca left over from another recipe, and wanted to find a recipe for the rest. It was surprising that there are no recipes at all on your site, not even for tapioca pudding
Does no-one use it any more?

As far as I know, Delia doesn’t have any recipes using tapioca.
I think it’s a like Marmite!

I found some recipes, mainly on American sites
In an African recipe the tapioca was added uncooked. It's like eating small ball bearings, my wife will never touch tapioca again, even if cooked
Your comparison with Marmite is good. An English friend doesn't like it, I have doubts whether he's really English.
