Looking for Sweet and Sour Pork

My husband is trying to find a recipe he believes to be from a Delila cookbook. His grandad used to cook him a sweet and sour pork around 20 or more years ago, he is sure it was featured in a black and white checked cookbook, if anybody can be of help if would be amazing.

I don’t think it’s a Delia book and I as far as I know Delia doesn’t have a recipe for sweet and sour pork.
