

I have been making steak and kidney pie for the last 50 years but am finding it extremely difficult to source ox kidney. I have just tried making one with lambs kidney but it just does not smell or taste the same. Any advice would b every welcome

Thankyou. Waitrose here in Rustington do not have it or Morrison's so will have to look online but as there is only me, hope there is no minimum quantity
Perhaps Meat in the Square will have it. If not perhaps they will get it for you.
