I have recently experienced difficulties signing in and when you re-sent me the reply to my Calefornian Fish recipe, I searched high and low (including Spam) but never found the ioriginal response.
I also recently sent 2 queries and as I still have not received a reply, I'm wondering if they've met with the same fate?

I'm going to purchase the 20 cm tin for the ginger shortbreasd while the offer's still on, but does Delia use this tin for other recipes?

Hello Lindsey. I want to cook Deliua's Californian Fish dish and wondered if I coulc cook in the oven rather thzan grill and does she have a recipe for the coriander and lime tartare sauce as I can't source it ready made.

Delia's Boef Bourguinon Easy. Hello Lindsey I note none of the usual ingredient need precooking prior to assembly. Is this because the recipe is cooked on a low heat and slow cooked as I usually precook the onion until soft and sear the meat.
