Looking for Leek and Soured Cream Flan

In Delias Vegetarian Cookery book there is a recipe for Leek and Soured Cream flan but it doesn’t seem to appear on the website. Is there a reason for this? Can you show the recipe please.

That recipe is not available on the site. It could be due to publisher restrictions, but if there isn’t a particular reason we’ll look into adding it to the repertoire.
