Looking for an alternative version

Hello, Lindsey!
Hope you are doing well and your vacation was pleasant.
Just wondering if you could be able to recommend a sort of sweet exceptionally light dessert like soufflés or mousse with a berry flavor rather than chocolate. Something to be added to the collection of the lemon curd soufflés and the rhubarb soufflés.

I don’t think we have a suitable recipe for you this time!!

Ice cream with balsamic vinegar is a good choice.
Meanwhile, my search for a light dessert soufflé is going to be continued…
