Looking for a recipe

I am looking for a Delia recipe that I saw years ago (perhaps 20) in a pull-out insert with Christmas recipes in a magazine. I think it was a Sainsbury’s magazine but that could be wrong. The recipe was for a pear and ginger upside down cake and it was so easy and delicious! You creamed the butter and sugar and spread in the bottom of your tin, arranged the pear slices on top and then poured the ginger cake batter on top and cooked. But I can’t remember any of the quantities etc!

Would you be able to find the recipe and share it?
