

I had Delia’s Greek Shepherds Pie recipe from Evening Standard in late 70s but have lost it. Can you please give details of the Ingredients for the moussaka like topping please? It was so good without necessity to make bechemel sauce. Thank you

In the Delia’s Evening Standard recipe book, it was a white sauce on the moussaka but One is Fun Moussaka is just yoghurt, eggs and parmesan. So perhaps that is the one you are thinking of? I’m not sure if Delia has a Greek shepherd’s pie but I’ll ask next week.
