I have just made my daughters wedding cake with Delia rich fruit cake which worked great, could you help with the best way to keep the top tier for their anniversary.

Hello Anne,
The marzipan and icing will not last so I would remove them, then feed the cake with brandy or Armagnac and wrap really well in parchment and foil before storing in in an airtight tin in a cool dark place.
