

Hi Lindsey,
I'm going to make mince meat for Christmas soon. I was going to store it in jars in the cupboard but I've just recently seen someone tweet that they'll be storing theirs in the fridge until December. So does it need to be in the fridge really or will it be ok at the back of a cool, dark pantry?

Hello Tessa,
We keep ours in a cool dark place / pantry.
Some of last years are in there and still look good.
I’d only keep it in the fridge if I make it very close to Christmas and intend to use it all.
