It is a bit embarrassed to ask you about that… Please, estimate for how many days egg whites might be stored in a cup with lid on at the fridge to be still good to prepare soufflé or meringues.

They will be fine in the fridge for a few days, stored in a lidded container.
Or they freezer really well (and make superb meringue when defrosted) for up 6 months. You can do this in ice cube trays if you want to use them gradually.
