Hi Lindsey. I plan on making Delia's Brazilian nut brownies. The recipe calls for roasted nuts but does not say how to do it. I can't source Brazil nuts roasted, so can I make them without roasting or is it a simple procedure to do myself? Thanks. Eileen
Could you let me know if I can prepare the spinach and ricotta lasagne with pine nuts. the night before as I want to cook it at my friends house the next day.

I am making Delia Smith's classic fruit cake. I want two less deep cakes to sandwich together with marzipan and fondant icing so I am making two 9", 5 egg mixture cakes in 12" tins but am unsure about baking times.
How long do you estimate it will take at 140 degrees ( fan 130)?
Just made a batch of Delia's hot cross buns they don't seem to have risen. Left them for a couple of extra rising time no joy. Checked date of yeast well within date. Any ideas would be grateful .
