Instead of fromage frais in the cheesecake

Hi, I am making Delia’s Fromage Frais cheesecake with strawberry sauce. However I can’t source 8% fromage frais. Can I use an alternative? I saw that a combination of crème freche and double cream might work, if so can you tell me the quantities of each. Thank you in advance.

Hello Linda,
When I cannot get the 8% fromage frais I substitute it with 300ml of fat-free fromage frais combined with 50ml extra thick double cream or full-fat crème fraîche.
