I need to cater for a group of 30 people. My initial choice from Delia's book is the traditional roast beef dinner and the Coq au Vin but I'm not sure how to work out the quantities. I obviously wont need 30 potions of each but if I do half and half I suspect that might not work either. I've yet to go through the fine detail ie. oven temps and timings etc., will it be possible to do these two dishes together. I will have access to a large oven albeit gas which I'm not used to working with.
