Hi
Can you recommend where to get a high sided cookie cutter for scones. I'm guessing it needs to be high sided? Which would be the biggest diameter I can get away with as I love cheese scones!!!
Also can you advise me on an Icecream scoop (suitable size) for cookie dough please, as mine keep breaking.
Thank you

Hello Fil,
We use standard cookie cutters to cut our scones but Delia’s recipe makes 8 small scones and need a 5cm round cutter.
Eddingtons do a set of deep round cookie cutters.
For a large cheese scones, I make Delia’s recipe, shape that dough into a round (like a large bap – about 4cm deep) then cut it into quarters, spread them out on a baking sheet, then sprinkle with extra cheese and a few small pinches of cayenne pepper before baking.
I don’t really make cookies using a scoop but the scoop I have at the moment is OXO Beak scoop. This works really well with ice cream but I think you’ll need a trigger scoop for cookies – OXO make one of those too but I haven’t tried it.
I like your photo!
Best wishes
