With the mascarpone mousse I can’t get hold of powdered gelantine. Could I use leaf gelatine instead. If so how many equivalent to 2 teaspoons of powered.
Be grateful if you could let me know ASAP.

Leaf gelatine varies so it’s best to check the packet and use as much as needed to set 1 pint (usually 4 leaves).
