

I am trying to make Delia's Savoury Fetta cheesecake for some staunch vegetarians. I want to use Agar flakes instead of gelatine but I can't work out how much to use. The instructions say 1 tbsp per 240 ml liquid. How does this work with the recipe which requires 2 level teaspoons of gelatine.

Hello,
I would twice as much of the Agar flakes than the given amount of powdered gelatin.
4 teaspoons in this particular recipe.
