Asked on 28 Nov 2019 by PHILIPPA How long can you keep pork rillettes and smoked mackerel pate once they have been made? Lindsey, Food Editor replied Hello, I would keep rillette well covered in the fridge for 5 – 6 days or freeze it for a month on the day it is made. The Smoked Mackerel Pâte is not suitable for home freezing but will keep in the fridge for 4 – 5 days. Best wishes Lindsey Do you have a question for Delia or Lindsey? Why not ask your question now.
