Heavy gauge roasting pans

Delia stressed the importance of heavy-gauge medium roasting pan and large roasting pan. We have seen Delia using one on a stove burner. What is the thickness and the dimensions of the roasting pans she uses directly on the stove, with brand names, if possible. We want to be sure we purchase good quality pans for our home cooking.
