Have I ruined the Christmas Mincemeat?

I have just made the Homemade Christmas Mincemeat from Delia Smith’s Christmas and realized I had the oven on 325f instead of 225f! Have i ruined it? :(

Do the fruits feel soft?
Is the mixture moist?
Does it taste nice?
