Hi Lindsey. My Christmas pudding mixture has been in the fridge for a week. Have I left it too long or can I still cook it.

Assuming you didn’t include the flour, the breadcrumbs and eggs were fresh, and the mixture it looks and smells ok I think it will be ok.
If you have any doubts I would start again.
