

The recipe for pumpkin pie is absolutely delicious. You may want to know that the ‘method’ describes how to deal with and cook a fresh pumpkin but the ingredients specify using a 425g tin of pumpkin!
Using the tinned stuff worked really well. In fact, I had to try 4 shops today until I found a tin of the canned stuff as they had all run out - it’s clearly the season for doing things with Pumpkin! Many thanks, Steve
