Goose for Christmas

Hi there,

We’re having Goose for Christmas Dinner this year. is it necessary to roast it in a tent of foil as with the turkey? Delia’s books don’t mention it, and I don’t recall her wrapping it in foil in the original TV series.

Can you confirm either way?

No Delia doesn’t use foil for goose.
