Going on a picnic!

Dear Lindsey
Thank you for recommending the chicken salad with tarragon and grapes for my picnic lunch. It is looking good but I wonder what else I can serve with it as my friend has nut allergies.

Hello Caroline,

Here are some dishes that I’ve served al fresco that will work as well as the chicken salad.

Many recipes that include nuts work very well without them – such as the rice salad.
