Gluten Free Muffin Cake

Hello Lindsay, I hope you can help please? I love the look and sound of Delia’s spiced apple streusel muffin cake with pecan topping. Is it possible to make this cake using gluten free flour instead and would I need to add or remove anything else to help make a similar cake to Delia’s but gluten free?

Hello,
We tested all the cakes in Delia’s cake book swapping out the ingredients with their gluten free equivalents but without adjusting anything else.
We found that 90% of the recipes were successful.
Muffins cake recipes all worked really well.
