Hi Lindsey I would like to make Delia's Classic christmas cake using a stands mixer. Please could you tell me what capacity bowl I would need, in litres?

Hello Natalie,
We don’t have electric Stand Mixers but based on the bowls we use for almost all of Delia’s cakes I would say 4 litres.
