I am thinking about making this for my vegetarian daughter. Because of time restraints, I was wondering if this could be made the day before and reheated on the day.

You can make it a day ahead but don’t glaze it.
Cover and chill in the fridge.
On the day, uncover, glaze with beaten egg and bake.
