Getting ahead with Twice-baked Soufflé

Hi again Lindsey, I want to make the twice baked Roquefort cheese soufflés. Can I freeze them after the first baking and before the second? I have done them before but can’t remember if I did that or not!
Yes, you can freeze them ahead after the first baking for up to 3 weeks.
