So the chestnut stuffing is suitable for freezing - it is listed under the cool on ice section but no freezer instructions are included. How long can it be made in advance?

Hello Theresa-Marie,
Make the stuffing, transfer to a polythene bag and seal well. Freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost in the fridge overnight before using.
