How far in advance can i cook the Pepper and Garlic compote in the Summer Collection and what about the Pesto Rice dish too? Thanks

Hello,
The pepper compote will keep well covered in the fridge for 4 – 5 days. I think the pesto rice salad is best made on the day you want to serve it.
