Getting ahead with spinach lasagne

Can I prepare Delia’s spinach lasagne a day ahead? And if so should I cook it and reheat it? Or prepare to the stage of assembly then put it in the fridge for cooking next day? Also can this dish be fully cooked then frozen?

Prepared so that it is ready to go in the oven, covered and refrigerated it will be fine for a few days.
Yes, you can cook, chill and freeze but it’s not as nice. I would freeze the leftovers for a midweek supper!
