Can the ratatouille filling for Oven Roasted Ratouille and Mozzarella Strudel be frozen? If not how far in advance can it be cooked?

Hello,
We do not recommend freezing the filling or the strudel for this recipe.
I would make the filling 3 or 4 days ahead and keep refrigerated.
