Getting ahead with Ratatouille Streudel

Hi. Can I make Delia’s Oven Roast Ratatouille Streudel the day before I intend to cook it and put it in the fridge overnight? If so how long before I cook it should I take it out of the fridge? And do I brush it with butter the day before and again just before it goes into the oven? Thank you.

Yes, you can make this ahead as you suggest. Just make sure the vegetables are well roasted so that they are not too wet.
I would take it out of the fridge an hour before or bake it for 5 - 10 minutes more.
Yes, buttering twice sounds like a good idea.
