Hi
I recently made the 'Pizza Puttanesca' recipe, which was delicious! The question is, would I be able to make the dough and the sauce the day before, so as to speed up the process the following evening? If so how should I store the dough?
Many thanks
Adam

Hello Adam,
Yes, absolutely you can do that. The sauce will keep in a covered container in the fridge for 4 – 5 days (or can be frozen on the day it’s made for up to 4 months).
The finished dough can be stored in a covered (lightly oiled) container in the fridge overnight then brought out the next day an hour or so before you want to use it. Then just kneed it so that it becomes smooth again and roll.
Best wishes
Lindsey
