How long will the duck liver pate with armagnac keep in the fridge? And can I freeze it?

Hello Andy,
It keeps well for 3 – 4 days in the fridge or can be frozen on the day it’s made for up to 2 months.
Defrost overnight in the fridge then, remove from the fridge at least an hour before serving.
