With the Biscotti recipe,
I would like to make them a month in advance of eating.
Is it possible to freeze the cooked biscuits and then defrost them. Will they still taste as fresh?

Hello,
They can be frozen and will be ok but they would be better if you baked the log and sliced the biscotti and froze them at this point, layered in-between parchment in ridged containers, and then on the day that you give or serve them give them their second bake.
