Help Lindsey. I'm having family for a Sunday lunch in the near future and I'm struggling to find a main course that's not spicy and that I can cook ahead, ie the day before, so I can be part of the gathering and not worn to a frazzle in the kitchen. My guests are plain foodies
Would a roast work if it was cooked the day before and reheated on the day in gravy?
