Get ahead desserts!

Hi - I am making individual chocolate mousses, burnt creams and an everlasting lemon syllabub for a dinner party on Saturday.
Today is Thursday - can I make these this afternoon and keep in the fridge without impairing the quality of the puddings please?
In the fridge … the mousse will be fine for 5 days. The same for the custard but I’d do the sugar a few hours before. For the Syllabub I’d make the bas but not finish with the cream until a few hours before.
