Freezing squidgy chocolate cake and oven temperatures

Dear Lindsey,
Squidgy Chocolate Cake: can the chocolate sponge be made in advance and frozen for later use? Are oven temperatures meant for a fan or a static oven? This question applies to all Delia's recipes as I have never seen oven settings mentioned, but maybe I missed something.

Hello Paul,
Yes you can make the sponge ahead and freeze it.
All of Delia’s electric oven temperatures are intended for conventional top and bottom heat. If you only have the option of a fan setting you will need to reduce the oven temperature by 20 degrees.
