

I have made Delia's puy lentil soup with bacon - lovely - I would like to make another batch and freeze them - is this ok and if so what sort of storage time would be on them. Thank you. Looking forward to making again, as every year, Delia's glace fruit cake which goes down a treat with all.

Yes, this soup is suitable for freezing.
Either in a lidded container or freezer bag with a bit of space for expansion.
It will be for to keep frozen for up to six months.
Defrost overnight in the fridge and reheat gently.
We love that cake too.
