Freezing Pistachio Sables

CAN I FREEZE PISTACHIO SABLES FOR A FEW DAYS BEFORE THEY ARE NEEDED?

Hello,

Yes you can freeze them sliced, ready to bake from frozen or baked all ready to defrost and serve. You can freeze the log too if you don’t have time to slice before. All up to 2 months ahead.
