

Hello Lindsey, I am having a cold buffet next week. I would like to cook Oven-baked chicken with garlic and Parmesan. It would be more convenient to cook as much as possible beforehand. Can I freeze the recipe, if so, do I freeze before I cook or after it's been cooked?

Hello Susan,
I would freeze it raw, spread out on a lined tray, at the point where it is ready to bake. Then when solid, transfer it to a lidded freezer box or freezer bag.
Then defrost overnight in the fridge, spread out on a tray/plate covered with cling film. Then bake on the day as the recipe.
