Freezing Nut Roast

Hi, I make Delia's Curried Nut Roast every Christmas. I wondered if I could make ahead and freeze, and do I freeze after cooking or before cooking. Defrost and how long to cook afterwards. Many thanks, Jo

Hello Jo,
It won’t be quite as good as your used to, but if I were to freeze this recipe ahead I would do it when baked.
