Can Freeze mascarpone and lime torte?
Sorry it’s not a Delia recipe so I’m not sure how well it will freeze.
I intend making Delia's chocolate truffle torte. I would like to substitute a liqueur for the rum. Would this work? The consistency would probably be thicker. Also should the quantity change?
I would substitute the rum with 100mls of prune juice or orange juice or just water.
