Freezing leftover spinach lasagne
I have made the spinach and pinenuts lasagne and enjoyed. There are two portions left which I have frozen in a metal tray. They look fine.
I am planning to defrost overnight and grate Parmesan on the top (maybe a swirl of double cream over the top) and rebake as a veggie option for a person coming to dinner when the other guests are having lamb tagine. Do you think this will be ok to serve as the recipe doesn't say if the lasagne can be frozen. Thanks Jenny
