Hi, I would like to make the Eliza pannetone puddings and freeze them,can you explain freezing instructions and whether you freeze in the mini pudding tins.

We would steam, cool, cover, wrap and freeze them in their basins for up to 3 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge and re-steam to heat for 20 – 25 minutes.
